Klocwork’s Enterprise Development Suite provides software quality and software security assurance to Rational developers
BURLINGTON, Mass. — Dec 5, 2006 — Klocwork Inc., a proven leader in automated software solutions that improve software security and quality, today announced the K7.5 Enterprise Development Suite has received Ready for IBM Rational Software validation. The validation enables IBM Rational developers and customers to feel assured in using Klocwork’s static analysis solutions within their platform to detect potential code defects and security vulnerabilities. A long time supporter of IBM products and solutions, Klocwork collaborated with IBM in achieving this extensive and rigorous validation process.
As an IBM Business Partner participating in the Ready for IBM Rational software validation program, Klocwork’s Enterprise Development Suite is now validated for integration to the Rational Software Delivery Platform V7, desktop products. The Ready for IBM Rational software offering validates that integrations between IBM Business Partner products and Rational products meet IBM’s requirements for interoperability and user experience. As a validated product, Klocwork’s Enterprise Development Suite will now bear the Ready for IBM Rational logo as an assurance to customers of their compliance.
“As a long time supporter of IBM Rational, we were extremely pleased when Klocwork achieved Ready for IBM Rational software validation,” said Ian Gordon, VP of Product Management of Klocwork. “The validation process was thorough and the validation solidifies that Klocwork is a partner of choice for quality and security analysis amongst customers and partners of IBM. This validation further illustrates why industry leaders continue to turn to Klocwork for their security and quality assurance needs.”
